Service engagements are governed by the terms of the specific agreement signed between Hash 9 Digital and the client, including any milestones and payment schedules.
Either party may cancel an engagement in accordance with the notice terms set out in the relevant agreement. Work completed up to the cancellation date is payable.
Refunds, where applicable, are assessed against work delivered and costs incurred. Setup fees and completed deliverables are generally non-refundable.
