These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Ojaswi Himalayan Resort (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking a room and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must present a valid photo ID upon check-in.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by a guest will be charged to the guest’s account.
- In keeping with our heightened security procedures, all guests are required to carry a valid photo identity at check-in.
- Foreign nationals must present Passport & Visa.
- Indian nationals may present Passport, DL, Voter ID, Aadhaar, or PAN.
Reservations & Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required upon check-in or as specified at the time of booking.
- 25% of the total booking amount will be charged at the time of booking.
- The remaining 75% balance will be charged 45 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation before 45 days.Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation 45 days prior to arrival will incur no retention, and the guest is eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds for advance payments (free cancellation) will be processed within 15-30 working days to the guest’s bank account.
- Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation within 45 days of arrival will incur 100% retention charges.
- In case of early departure, retention equivalent to the balance room nights will be charged.
- In case of no-show, 100% retention equivalent to the total room nights booked will be charged.
- No name amendment is allowed after booking confirmation.
Mode of Advance Payment
- Advance payments must be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, Cheque, Demand Draft, or Net Banking.
- Cash deposits into the resort’s bank account will not be accepted as advance payment. Guests are requested to refrain from cash deposits to avoid future complications.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws under COTPA Act, 2003. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local district courts.
No Smoking Policy
In accordance with Government of India regulations, smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the resort, including rooms and public spaces, except designated smoking areas or balcony rooms (where permitted).
Liquor Policy
Please note that liquor is not sold on the resort premises.
Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: 14:00 hrs
- Check-out: 11:00 hrs
Early Arrivals
For arrivals prior to the check-in time, guests are advised to reserve the room from the previous night to ensure availability.
Late Check-out Charges (Subject to Availability)
- 11:00 – 15:00 hrs: 25% of room rate
- 15:00 – 18:00 hrs: 50% of room rate
- After 18:00 hrs: 100% of room rate
- All arrivals before 7:00 AM will be billed from the previous night.
Kids Policy
- Up to 8 yrs: Complimentary
- 9–15 yrs: ₹1,000 per night
- Above 15 yrs: ₹1,500 per night
Use of Facilities
- The resort is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
- 9–15 yrs: ₹1,000 per night
- The resort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the stay.
Changes to Terms
Ojaswi Himalayan Resort reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
