Cancellation & Refund Policy

All payments made to Hash 9 Digital are final, non-refundable, and irrevocable under any circumstances.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Advance payments
• Partial payments
• Milestone-based payments
• Full project payments
• Monthly retainers

No refund requests shall be entertained for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, delay, or business performance.

Hash 9 Digital provides digital, consultancy, marketing, technology, and sales & representation services, which are:

• Intangible
• Customized
• Resource and time-intensive

Upon payment confirmation, resources, time, strategy, and manpower are immediately allocated, making refunds impractical and non-viable.

• Once a service/project is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be cancelled for a refund.
• In case the client chooses to discontinue services:
  • No refund shall be issued
  • Any pending dues must still be cleared

• Work is considered initiated immediately after:
  • Payment confirmation, or
  • Client approval via email/message

Even if the client delays in providing inputs, the project will be treated as active and in progress, and no refund shall apply.

Hash 9 Digital commits to delivering services as per agreed scope. However:

• No guarantee is provided for business outcomes such as leads, sales, or ROI
• Performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control

• Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without valid grounds.
• Any wrongful chargeback will be considered a breach of agreement and may result in:
  • Legal action
  • Permanent service termination
  • Recovery of dues and associated costs

• No exceptions shall be made to this policy unless required under applicable law.
• Any exception, if granted, will be solely at the discretion of Hash 9 Digital and shall not be treated as a precedent.
