Terms & Conditions

Hash 9 Digital provides professional services including but not limited to branding, digital marketing, advertising, technology solutions, consultancy, sales, and representation services.

All services are intangible, customized, effort-based, and non-transferable in nature. No guaranteed results, leads, or revenue outcomes are promised unless explicitly agreed in writing.

• A binding agreement is formed once the client approves a proposal, quotation, or communicates confirmation via email, message, or any written/recorded medium.
• By making payment, the client automatically agrees to all terms stated herein.
• Any scope not explicitly mentioned in the proposal will be treated as additional work and chargeable separately.

• All payments must be made in advance or as per agreed milestones.
• All payments are final, irrevocable, and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including project delay, dissatisfaction, change of mind, or business performance.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without prior notice.
• Hash 9 Digital reserves the right to withhold deliverables, data, or access until full payment is received.

• Due to the nature of services involving time, expertise, resource allocation, and strategic execution, all payments are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Once a project or service has commenced, no cancellation request shall be entertained for refund.
• Any exception shall be solely at the discretion of Hash 9 Digital and not a client right.

• The client agrees to provide accurate information, approvals, and required materials in a timely manner.
• Any delay from the client side shall not impact payment obligations or timelines committed by Hash 9 Digital.
• The client is solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of all content provided.

Hash 9 Digital shall not be held responsible for:

• Hash 9 Digital shall not be responsible for performance, policy changes, account bans, algorithm updates, or disruptions caused by third-party platforms including but not limited to Google, Meta, hosting providers, or ad networks.
• Any costs related to third-party services are separate unless explicitly included.

• Under no circumstances shall Hash 9 Digital be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses, including loss of revenue, data, or reputation.
• Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

• All concepts, strategies, creatives, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Hash 9 Digital until full payment is received.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

• Hash 9 Digital reserves the right to terminate services without refund in case of:
  • Non-payment
  • Misuse of services
  • Breach of terms
  • Abusive or unethical behavior

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hash 9 Digital against any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from the client’s business, content, or misuse of services.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi.

Hash 9 Digital reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
