• All deliverables are shared digitally via email, cloud platforms, dashboards, or other online mediums.

• Services are considered delivered when:
  • Work is shared via email, drive links, or dashboards
  • Campaigns are activated or executed
  • Access to digital assets/platforms is provided
• Timelines are indicative and may vary depending on scope, approvals, and external dependencies.

• Due to the customized and service-based nature of offerings, exchange or replacement of services is not applicable.
• Once a service is initiated or delivered, it cannot be exchanged for another service or product.
